Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We do ship to more than 200 countries DAP and DDP.
Shipping fees are added on top of the products, depending on the weight and final destination. 

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Hong Kong.

What is the approximate delivery time?

Lead time from the time of order until you get the lights home is usually 10 to 12 working days.

If ordering commercial quantities, our sales team should be contacted at sales@voltralighting.com and will work with you with a view to meeting your timing requirements.

Shipping Costs

The cost of shipping your order will depend on your delivery address and the volume of your order. Take a look at our international shipping charges for retail customers . We use UPS or Fedex for all our international deliveries.

Taxes and Duties

All our prices exclude VAT or country import taxes. According to your own country regulations, taxes and duties may apply. Please refer to your country's own tax and duties regulations.

We accept payments via: Ideal, PayPal, Apple Pay & Credit card (Visa & Mastercard).

Can I pay via EFT?

Yes, we provide our bank details on quotes and invoices, so transfers are accepted.

Where are your products made?

Our TOTEM collection is designed in London and made in China.
Our HEMISPHERE collection is designed and made in London, France, and China.

How do I clean my lamps?

Our lamps are fragile! To be handled with love and care. We recommend the use of a microfiber cloth.
Do not use chemical cleaners, solvents, or abrasives as these may permanently damage the finish.

Are your lights suitable for outdoor use?

All of our lights are rated IP65, which means they are protected from dust and humid environments, making them very suitable for outdoor use.

How long does the lamp run on one charge?

A single full charge takes 3 hours and provides the following operating times...

High Brightness: 10 hours
Medium Brightness: 17 hours
Low Brightness: 35 hours

Are the lamps dimmable?

Voltra lamps are all dimmable, with three different light levels (Low, Medium, and High).
Our lamps also have two light modes, static and candle (which uses our unique light flicker algorithm).

Certifications

Do your lamps have a UL certification/listing?

All our lamps sold in the United States and Canada are manufactured using UL-listed components and cables that comply with American electrical standards.

Do your lamps have a CE certification?

Yes, all of our lamps are CE certified.
