Our home use customers will find their Voltra lamp comes with a fully charged high capacity Li-ion battery pack, a charging base station with electronic power supply and a user guide. Our commercial customers can choose from a variety of charging options available (see below).

Make sure your restaurant, bar, hotel or business is always looking its best by keeping your Voltra lights charged and ready to go. Our chargers not only allow you to charge multiple lamps, but also give you the option to dim or brighten the lamps’ settings all at once for efficiency. We can deliver your Voltra lamp to over 100 countries worldwide. In some regions, we will refer your order to our trusted local distributors.

We usually dispatch home delivery orders in one to five days. If ordering commercial quantities, our sales team should be contacted and will work with you with a view to meeting your timing requirements.

The cost of shipping your order will depend on your delivery address and the volume of your order. Take a look at our international shipping charges for retail customers . We use UPS or Fedex for all our international deliveries.

We will provide a Certificate of Origin (CO) for orders to Bahrain, Cyprus, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malaysia, Oman, Palestinian Territories, Syria, Thailand, UAE, Yemen and Qatar. you make an order, we’ll add the cost of a CO to your shipping and handling fee.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover shipping costs for returns and exchanges, or for reimbursement or compensation of lost or damaged returned packages unless you have a proof of delivery to Voltra.

You can use your lamp in the UK, Europe and the US and we are working on the rest of the world as we speak.

Create an atmosphere outside as well as inside with your Voltra lamps. The engine is IP65 rated and can withstand being out in the rain, but not immersed in water. Do bear in mind that while it will not cause any damage, your lamp housing can collect water in very heavy rain.

We recommend that you charge your lamp after every use to keep the battery at its best. At the very least you should charge your lamp once every two months. It takes five hours maximum to fully charge your lamp, but it is no problem if you keep it charging for longer as it will stop charging once it reaches full capacity.

Keep your lamp looking beautiful by using a slightly damp cloth to remove any stains and drying with a dry, lint-free cloth.

When you are not using your lamp, store it in a cool, dry place (preferably no higher than 25°C) to protect the battery and charge it at least once every two months.

If your lamp is flickering, it is most likely in flickering mode to create an atmospheric candlelight effect. To change it to a constant light, simply press and hold the power button for five seconds.

First check whether your battery is fully charged (with three green circle lights showing). If so, reset it by pressing the power button for five seconds. If this does not work, or if the battery lights do not show, your battery may have reached the end of its life.

It may be that your lamp is not quite connected properly with the charging base – so try adjusting it slightly. If this does not work, try wiping the engine and charger with a dry cloth. Contact us if you need any further advice.

If you damage your lamp by accident, we can help. Voltra lamps are designed with two parts – the engine and the housing – to ensure that every part of the lamp can be easily replaced. Contact our service department if you would like us to repair or replace your product.

3 Years warranty and support

Our promise to you:

Your beautiful Voltra products are under warranty for the materials and workmanship for 3 years from
the date you buy them new from Voltra or an authorised distributor. So if anything does go wrong in the
warranty period as a result of the materials or workmanship we will repair or replace the part (but please
note we are unable to pay for transport costs relating to a claim).

Unfortunately we cannot be liable for any claim made outside the warranty period or for any claims relating
to areas such as faulty design, misleading or negligent advice, incidental damage or injury to any person,
corporation or entity. We are not able to repair or replace parts under this warranty due to an accident,
neglect or misuse, or where the product has been modified (eg with an accessory not supplied by Voltra),
installed or repaired without following our instructions.

Your battery packs and bulbs are not included under this warranty, although our battery manufacturer
does warrant batteries to be free from problems with workmanship and materials (under normal use and
service conditions) for one year after purchase. Please note that this doesn’t cover the battery life as this is
determined by how you use and care for the battery. If your battery does come to the end of its life, simply
contact us to order a replacement engine.
